Patricia Ann Newby

She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Dell Newby and her mother, Mildred Isaacs. She is survived by two sisters, Ruth Serrano and Carol Heavner, three nieces, Michelle Serrano, Missy Serrano, and Lorrie Beth Heavner, two nephews, Jeff McClain and David McClain.

Patsy was a long-time resident of The King’s Daughters & Sons Home in Bartlett. She was born with cerebral palsy, so she had many obstacles in life. However, never did she ever let her limitations affect her life. She lived life to the fullest. She loved singing, playing bingo, getting on her computer, and playing games. She loved people, visited regularly with other residents and she had many friends. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services celebrating the life of Patricia Ann Newby will be held July 24, 2025, at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue Memphis, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. She will be buried at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Road, Memphis, Tennessee.
