Patricia A. Simpson, died January 2, 2012 in Memphis, Tennessee. Born on July 25, 1932 in Springfield, Missouri she was a graduate of Washington University. Mrs. Simpson spent 42 years as a registered nurse working in Memphis. She was a nursing home administrator for 22 of those years. As a member of Park Avenue Church of Christ, Mrs. Simpson requests any donations be made to the Park Avenue Church of Christ Missionary Fund. Mrs. Simpson is survived by Jane Stewart a cousin who helped care for her and other cousins and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, January 6 beginning at 10AM in the mausoleum chapel at Memphis Memory Gardens Cemetery on Raleigh-LaGrange Road.
