Patsy Ann "Hooper" Clark, 66, passed away December 31, 2012. She is survived by her husband Frank Clark; her three children Tina Shirah, Michelle DeKruif (Wendall), and Steven Clark; seven grandchildren, Rick Marshall, Heather Perkins, Kelsey Clark, Kyle DeKruif, Wesley Perkins, Cameron DeKruif, and Gary Taylor; and two great grandchildren, Madison Perkins and Dillion Marshall. She was preceded in death by her daughter Gina Marshall and her three siblings. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8 pm, and the Funeral Service will be 10 am Friday, January 4, all at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. in Memphis.
