Paul Richard Burnett, Jr., 85, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 17, 2016. Mr. Burnett was an avid golfer, a U.S. Army veteran, and deeply devoted to his family. He was married for 62 years to his high-school sweetheart, Betty Ann Burnett, who survives. In addition to his wife, Mr. Burnett is survived by his two children: Richard Paul Burnett, and Christy Lynn Aguanno (Edwin); his grandchildren: Kelly Ussery, William Paul Burnett, Dustin Ring, Jessica Ware, Richard Aguanno, and Harrison Aguanno; and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Burnett was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Paula Ann Ring Miller. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. and Funeral Service follows from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Family Funeral Care at 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN. Interment at Memphis Memory Gardens, Memphis, TN.
