Peggy Ann Rogers, 78, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Mrs. Peggy was a United States Army Veteran who loved spending her time working the crossword puzzles. She will be remembered as a kind, caring, and loving wife, mother and Nana. Mrs. Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Rogers and two daughters, Deborah Knipple and Rebecca Ferreria. She is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Connie Rogers of Nesbit, MS; a stepdaughter, Arlene Shaw of Dunlap, TN; one son, Steven Rogers of Memphis, TN; four grandchildren, Elisa Graves, Taylor Rogers, Kimberly Byerley and Daniel McKinney and five great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 26, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue Memphis, TN 38122. The family will receive guests for the sharing of stories, refreshments, and memories following the service.
