

Visitation will be held at M. J. Edwards Riverdale Life Celebration, 4816 RIVERDALE ROAD, MEMPHIS, TN 38141, US, on July 24, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Hopewell Church Of God In Christ, 1020 Lee Rd, Byhalia, MS 38611, US, on July 25, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, followed by a Committal Service at Hopewell Church Cemetery, 1020 Lee Rd, Byhalia, MS 38611, US, on July 25, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
Princie Ann Fant was born on April 7, 1974, in Memphis, Tennessee.
She accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Hopewell Church of God in Christ. She later united with World Overcomers Church, where she continued her walk of faith.
Princie graduated from Olive Branch High School in 1993 and later attended Vatterott Career College, where she earned her career certification.
She possessed a heart full of compassion, kindness, and unconditional love. She found joy in playing her keyboard, encouraging others through their grief, and serving as a source of strength and comfort to everyone in her circle.
Princie treasured her family above all else.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory her devoted son, Damichael J. Cole. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Darich M. Cole, whose memory she carried in her heart every day.
She also leaves to cherish her memory her sisters: Gladis Greenwood, Gracie Renae Fant, Central Boyd, Jacqueline Mays Jones, Cherri Howell, Tokeytha Johnson Berryhill (Shaun), and Yolanda Jones.
Her brothers Esau Fant, Jeremiah Mays Jr. and Tony Fant preceded her in death. She also leaves behind her brothers Low C. Fant, Jere Fant, Jerry Falkner, James McClatchey, Gerald Falkner, Jerry Dale Mays, Jasen Roberts, and Dexter Mays.
Princie was lovingly raised from a young age by Linda Summers, who preceded her in death, and L.C. Summers Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory four sisters: Shirley Summers, Felicia Bingham (Michael), Loretha “Shaun” Summers, and LaTonya Summers; and two brothers: Joshua Mays (Crystal) and L.C. Summers Jr.
She also leaves behind her parents, Sharon Martin and Theodore R. Martin Sr., along with two sisters, Danielle Pearlis Martin and Darnesha Martin, and two brothers, Theodore Martin Jr. and Samuel Martin.
Princie’s love reached far beyond her immediate family. She touched countless lives through her kindness, encouragement, and unwavering compassion. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
