Raymond "Bubba" Talbert

Raymond “Bubba” Talbert, 74, of Memphis, passed away on September 27, 2017, at his home. The family will gather to receive friends on Monday, October 2, between 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 3, at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home, and entombment will follow in the Memphis Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Bubba was a Master Insulator, working for Asbestos Workers Local 90 for 32 years, and he loved the casinos and racing. He truly has a servant’s heart, always giving his time and energy for others. Mr. Talbert was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Wayne Talbert. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia I. Talbert; three daughters, Cheri Misenti (Nicholas), Chastity Talbert (William Gill), and Wendy Talbert; his daughter-in-law, Lorie Talbert; thirteen grandchildren, Jasmine Sinclair, Nicholas Misenti, III, Justin Talbert, Zachary Jamerson, Raymond James Halloran, Joseph Talbert, Aaron Talbert, Samantha Shermer, Kirk Halloran, Madalyn Perry, Zoe Gill, Hollyn Gill, and Piper Gill; and two great grandchildren, Embry Sinclair and Theodore Halloran.
