She was the beloved wife of Benny Hugh Billingsley and a devoted member of Richland Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in Rosemark, Tennessee. Ruth was also active in the Red Hat Society and the Rosemark Garden Club.
she worked for Ray-O-Vac, Pittman Glass, and several Memphis-area florists.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Benny Hugh Billingsley, niece, Valerie Brown, and nephews, Gary and mark Whitlock.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 12: pm at Richland ARP Church in Rosemark, followed by the service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Rosemark Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to the General Fund of Richland ARP Church or the Rosemark Cemetery Fund.
