Sara W Chiozza

Sara Woods Chiozza, 93, passed away on September 19, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital. Sara attended Holmes Junior College, was in the Eastern Star in Olive Branch, and worked at American Airlines at the flag ship desk for 30 years. She was, also, employed at American Airlines Cargo and LTD Cargo for many years. Ms. Chiozza is preceded in death by her parents Everett Lamar Woods and Berta Maxwell Woods, three brothers, J.P., Roger and French, one sister Laverne Carpenter, 3 grandchildren and 1great grandchild. Sara is survived by her three children Roveda Boyd (Gene), Frank Chiozza (Dianne) and Janet Holloway (Gordon), 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Visitation and Service will all be on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Poplar chapel. Visitation will begin at 12:00 and go until service time at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Emory Independent Methodist Church Cemetery, Watson, MS. The family request that any memorials be sent to Emory Independent Methodist Church, Watson, MS.
