Shirley Ann Carlisle, 76, of Memphis passed away June 13, 2011. She was a retired agent with State Farm and Direct Ins. Co. Ms. Carlisle is survived by her sons, John Carlisle (Teresa) of Foley, AL and Nick Carlisle (Carol) of St. Charles, MO; sister, Billinda Massey of Memphis; grandchildren, John Roberts, Daniel, Amanda, Christy, Staphanie and Nicole Carlisle and a nephew, Joe Massey. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Carlisle. Services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, June 16, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Poplar Avenue, with burial in Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton, KY.
