Shirley Ann (Stroschein) Riddick

Shirley Ann (Stroschein) Riddick, age 71, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. She was born July 14, 1951, in Morganfield, Kentucky, to Henry Arthur Stroschein and Charlotte E. Lange Wright.

Shirley retired from FedEx's legal department. She was a member of Capleville United Methodist Church. She loved animals, specifically dogs.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John W. Riddick; two children, Chris Riddick (Carla) and Carrie Riddick; four grandchildren, Ashleigh, Christian, Wyatt, and Kennedy Judd; and one great-grandchild, Oliver Knudsen. She is also survived by her sisters, Barbara Bynum and Margaret Stroschein; mother-in-law, Bettye Riddick; brothers-in-law, Ricky Riddick and Paul Riddick; sister-in-law, Carol Ann Bukszar; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, November 8 from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Chapel, Memphis, TN 38119. Her life will be celebrated at a memorial service at 2:00 PM, at the funeral home.

The family requests memorial donations be directed to the ASPCA.
