Steven Lee Horne, age 73 of Memphis, formerly of Hughes, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014. He was born December 3, 1940 in Memphis to the late Lee Horne and Elizabeth Coyle Horne. Mr. Horne worked for the Corps of Engineers. He was a member of Sons of the Confederate Veterans’, and a member of Old Kia Kima Preservation Association, Inc. in Hardy, Arkansas. Survivors include his three daughters, Stephanie Brown, Rachel Horne, and Brenna Stokes; his sister, Deborah Drewery (David); numerous grandchildren. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery with no services. A memorial service at Old Kia Kima in Hardy will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Old Kia Kima Preservation Association, Inc.
