
THELMA DOYLE HALL. Thelma entered into the very presence of her Lord and Saviour on Christmas Eve at 7:20 in the morning. She was the daughter of Charles Doyle and Nettie Bell Council Doyle. She was born in Jeanette, TN on August 5 and grew up in Milan, TN. Thelma was an avid gardener and a lifetime member of the Tennessee Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., she was a past president of Stage Set, auxiliary to Theatre Memphis and a member of the Nineteen Century Club. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harris Webber Hall, Sr., her sisters, Daisy Powell, Lillian Doyle, “Pat” Ford and her brothers, Leslie Doyle, Wilson Doyle and James Doyle. Thelma leaves behind her daughter, Patricia Doyle Hall of Memphis and her son, Harris Webber Hall, Jr. and his wife, Sandra of Roanoke, VA; two grandchildren, Gregory Harris Senter of Memphis and Brandyn Lee Hall of Roanoke; two great-grandchildren, Caroline Virginia Senter and Robert Maxwell Senter of Memphis. Visitation will be at noon, Wednesday, December 29 at Memphis Funeral Home And Memorial Gardens on Poplar, followed by services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
