Mr. Flowers, you truly are going to be missed. 
It messed me up to you from across the street and to know I will not get to see or hear your voice it’s crazy. And just to hear you say Mrs Walton would make me laugh. Rest on soldier. You know we loved  you, but God loved you more and God saw you were getting tired and said come with me and let to your heavenly home. A soldier God taken home, rest on my friend, rest on.

To the family of Rev. Thomas Flowers, our hearts are saddened of the inform of his passing, yet we rejoice in his transition to be back with God.  Rev. Flowers and I were colleagues , both as preachers and as bus drivers and I found him to be a great friend. We will miss him, but we will meet again.
