Ursula’s love for God and her family made her shine.  She always had funny stories especially about her little Diva niece.  Ursula always had a smile and always willing to listen when I had a problem at work or at home.  She was special.  

I was deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Ursula. For the short time we worked together at Cigna, she was so sweet and kind. She always gave me words of encouragement.  She was such a thoughtful person. She will be definitely be missed. I will continue to pray for comfort and strength for the family. May God give you the peace you need. 

To the Jones Family - The word "perfect" is misused on a daily basis in our society but I truly cannot think of any person that's been in my life that could be described as a  more"perfect" person than Ursula.

Her kindness, spirit, & incredible sense of humor is just unmatched.

Going back to her time in Louisville and then to Nashville with AT&T we connected immediately and stayed close as much as we could.

The world is much less that it was a week ago that is for certain...
Will miss her terribly!!!

Ursla, has always been a great sister friend, we’ve known each other for years, she holds so many memories in my heart, I will truly be praying for her family, everyone that knew how genuine her heart was always pleasing, smart , and fun to be around, your truly an angle, rest easy.

To the entire Jones family, please accept my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your beloved Ursula. It goes without saying how many lives she blessed and I was Honored and extremely Lucky to have Ursula in my and my entire family’s lives.  She touched each one in her own unique way and without fail never missed a comment or “like” on their FB pics; she WAS family. I’m forever thankful for her constant smiles, endless laughter and never-ending sensitivity/appreciation she had for others.

I remember Ursula as being the nicest person in the world. We didn't have a phone when we were young and she would always let me and the family recieve calls at her house and would always come knock on our door when we had a call. A  really special person.

Ursula gave me the honor of calling her my big sister.  She always had a smile that would light up a room.  Her wisdom and words of encouragement will always be in my heart.  I will miss her dearly!! 
As the family goes through this difficult time of losing a blessed and beloved person, please remember that her light shines on in the people whose lives she touched.

Ursula and I go back to our Promus Hotels Corporation days in the '90s.  She was always a joy to be near!  Her presence will truly be missed!  My condolences to her entire family 🙏

Ursula and I worked together in Nashville at AT&T.  It was a joy to work in her presence.  I will always remember her warmth, kindness, and friendship.  To Ursula’s family, I wish you love to bring you  comfort, courage to face the days ahead, and happy memories to hold in your heart.

Ursula had a sweet spirit and was kind and gentle.   I also worked with her for several years at AT&T and enjoyed our friendship.  I am saddened that such a life was cut short.   She loved her family and friends and spoke so well of them.  She will be missed by many.

Ursula and I worked together at AT&T in Nashville for 7.5 years.  She was always so kind any upbeat to everyone,  and I thoroughly enjoyed our chats.  May she Rest In Peace.  Condolences to her family and loved ones.  

Ursula was my supervisor at BellSouth in Nashville.  She was a friend, a mentor and a blessing to all.  Ursula loved her family and always had me laughing at the antics of her littlest niece.  Ursula will be greatly missed.
