Victoria Giannini Dixon

Victoria Giannini Dixon, 91, of Germantown, TN, died at her home June 9, 2010. She was born December 14, 1918 to Amelia and Christopher Giannini. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and was employed over the years at D. Canale Co., Ramsey Florist and Novarese Bros. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Bill Dixon, Sr., her brothers, Joe Giannini, Aldo Giannini, Louie Giannini and sister, Yolanda Conant. She leaves her children, Gloria Linehan, Linda Irvin (Dan), Bill Dixon, Jr. (Ida) and 6 grandchildren, Michael, Billy, and Mark Linehan, Erin Fristick, Kelly Caldwell, and Leslie Reed, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, and her brother, Albert Giannini. A Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 12, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Chapel in Germantown with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5-8 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
