Wayne Allen Dove, 52, of Germantown, TN died suddenly in his home after a lifetime illness. He was born on July 27, 1958 in La Jolla, son of Lawrence and Joan (Warner) Yost. His father passed when he was 6 months old and he was later adopted by his stepfather Bill J. Dove. He graduated from Claremont High in 1977 and attended both Mesa and City College. Wayne was born with severe congenital heart defects and lived close to death his whole life, but defied all odds to live a full life. He was a longtime resident of Pacific Beach before moving to Tennessee to live with his sister. He was a special person who had a heart of gold and a ready smile. A talented photographer he enjoyed playing computer games and loved anything 3D. He will be deeply missed by his sisters, Linda Rubrecht of Germantown, TN and Susan Smith of Spring Valley, CA. A memorial service will be held at El Camino Memorial Park in Sorreno Valley on March 25 at 2:30.
