William Ronald Richey Sr.

“William Ronald “Big Ron” Richey, a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 72. Born in Memphis, TN where he was raised and educated. Ron always aimed to make people feel welcome in his life, whether he was volunteering to help someone no matter what the reason, offer advice or just being supportive to his loved ones. Ron would often go above and beyond. He was an avid fisherman, had a lifelong love of Corvettes, a passion for basketball (UOM), enjoyed cooking and having family/friends all gathered together.

Ron is survived by his three children; William Richey Jr. (Priscilla), Jacque (Jay) Beeson, Jennifer (Paul) Leslie, his ten grandchildren; Conrad, Cruz, Ivy-jade, Jamie, Devyn, Matilda, Chloe, Barron, Lucia, Leia, a brother; Rob (Linda), the mother of his children; Elizabeth and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Ron was preceded in death by his father, William and his mother, Betty”
