We miss you so much, Mommy and grandmother. Leon still talks about our trip to Lambert's. It was a beautiful moment we shared and laugh about to this day. I pray that you're at peace. God's love and grace.

One of my favorite moments is the time we drove to St. Louis with my niece Danielle and nephew Isaac. They kept talking about swimming in the hotel pool, bragging about how well they could swim. We all went to the pool. I  got in, then Isaac. Danielle jumped in after much prodding from me. Mommy said, show me how well you can swim, since that's all you guys talked about. Isaac was gripping the side of the pool so hard and Mommy got so tickled she couldn't breathe. From then on, she would laugh and demonstrate Isaac gripping the edge of the pool, saying he was about to pull all the grout out!
