Yolanda was preceded in death by her husband Huey P. Griffin; parents, Russell N. Young and Naomi Clements Young; children, Crystal Purdom Hudson and James Matthew Purdom. She is survived by son, Matt Griffin (Kayla); grandchildren, Amber Hudson, Hannah Hudson, Ethan Millner, Aidan Hudson, Gavin Hudson, Jason Grose, Keely Griffin, Khloe Griffin, Kenzie Griffin, Addalyn Griffin, and Cadence Griffin; siblings, Dwayne Young (Murry), Danny Young, and Lee Anne Brigman (Keith).
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Both the visitation and funeral will be held at Family Funeral Care located at 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122
Interment will follow at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
