

Myrtle M. Williams, formerly of Neenah, age 92, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at River Hills West Healthcare Center in Pewaukee, WI. Myrtle was born May 9, 1920 in Waynoka, Oklahoma to Edna and Luther Earl Moore.
Myrtle worked as Classified Manager for The Appleton Post Crescent prior to her retirement. She married John “Jack” Williams on December 1, 1987. Their precious time together ended when Jack died on December 19, 2003.
Myrtle is survived by her children: Mike (Noreen) James of Delafield, WI, Beth (Bob) Ruger of Franklin, WI, and Jim (Lynn) McPherson of Bremerton, WA; along with six grandchildren: Greg, Sarah, Kim, Janice, Jeff and Dianna Lynn and three great-grandchildren: Olivia, Elizabeth and Juniper. She is also survived by three step-children: Tom (Coco) Williams, Karen Williams and Peggy (Pete) Gambsky and their extended families. “Dot” will also be dearly missed by her niece, Pat Kohl and her cousin, Howard Severson.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank James; her mother, Edna Lafferty and father, Luther Earl Moore and her sisters: Earline Sparks and Jeane Sandahl.
A Prayer Service for Myrtle will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Martens-Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee Street, Menasha. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the hour of the prayer service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery in the Town of Menasha.
