Bertha Ortiz, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Bertha was born in PUE, Mexico. She immigrated to the USA in 1964. She was a loving wife, mother of 6 children, grandmother of 11 and great grandchildren of 8. After raising her six children, Bertha embarked on a new career as a teacher’s assistant for 16 years. She lived in Redondo Beach for 26 years before retiring in Canyon Lake.
She had a zest for life, religion, and traveling the world.
Bertha’s sense of humor will be dearly missed.
