Caroline Louise (Bastemeyer) Harrison

Caroline Louise Harrison, age 94, of Hemet, California went peacefully on Thursday, July 13, 2023. Caroline was born in Denver, CO on February 10th, 1929. She was number 6 of 8 children. She graduated from Fremont High School in June 1946. She met Emory LeDean Garrison at the skating rink and they married in 1948. They divorced after 25 years in 1973. She met Angelo Artimisi and they married in 1977. They lived in Fremont, CA. When he retired they moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1985. He died in 1987. She met Robert Harrison in 1991 and they married in August. They divorced two years later. She moved to Hemet, CA with her daughter Suzanne and son in law Dennis Nyberg in 2009.

Caroline is survived by her sister, Hazel Himan, her children, Daniel Garrison, Suzanne (Dennis) Nyberg, Timothy( Marianne) Garrison; 10 grandchildren,18 great grandkids, and 3 great great grandchildren.

Caroline was a housewife for 25 years. She started working at Memorex in 1973 and worked there for 12 years. In Las Vegas she had several different jobs; working at a cleaners, working as a security guard, babysitting, and telemarketing for Big Brothers.

Caroline was faithful member at Baptist churches where she lived. She would work in the nursery, preschool, youth and GA's. Her hobbies were sewing, baking, embroidery and working puzzles.
