Dear Mama Fe, Thank you for being good to me and treating me like your own daughter . Thank you for always appreciating my cooking and baking, openly praising it with family members in our gatherings. Even if I sometimes, I just buy food from restaurants, you would tell relatives, Margie made that and I just ride with it . Thank you for trusting me enough to share your innermost feelings, whether you’re happy, sad, frustrated or hopeful. Thank you for believing in my strong faith in God that you would often ask me to pray for you. Thank you for being a loving grandma to my children and all your grandchildren and great grandchild. Thank you for raising my husband to be the good person that he is. We love you and will miss you but you will be forever in our hearts. Be happy with Papa Tony now and say hello to my mom for me ! Rest in God’s grace, Mama Fe !

My deepest condolences to the entire family of Nanay Fe. I am one of her caregivers. It feels  like  it was just yesterday when I was taking care of Nanay Fe. She is very religious, never forget to pray , in fact she always hold her pink rosary. Every Sunday we will watch on youtube a service & I will never forget Nanay Fe because she is the one who introduced to me Fr. Dave Concepcion, for those of you who doesn’t know him, he is a filipino priest who is well known to give a very long homily but I’m telling you at the end of his homily you will ask him to talk some more because from the beginning til the end of the homily you are going to laugh, and I’m so happy if I hear Nanay laughing because at her age & parkinson’s symptoms she is always going to tell me “ Ang hirap tumanda , Shiela” I will just reply to her “ Nanay lahat naman tayo tatanda.” And she will just keep quiet as I’m assisting her to walk going back to her recliner. At some point she will ask me to teach her how to use her kindle. Probably she already knew how to use it but forgot to. Anyway she will asked me if some of her kids sent her messages on the messenger app. She is always looking forward  if Ate Cecille is coming over for a visit. She would beg  me can you please stay for few more hours? But I told her ate Cecille is coming. And then she will calmly say “ oo nga pala. “ She love all her kids & grandkids. She will tell me if I can only attend to all the occasions but I can’t do it anymore because I’m sick. I was there when she is slowly declining. I am very sorry Nanay I was so busy that I couldn’t visit you in the hospital & rehab but you are always in my thoughts & prayers and I always asked Elizza for any updates about you Nanay. But I know you are in a better place now. May your soul rest in eternal peace Nanay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
