Gerald (Butch) Ellis was born in New York City in 1945,
He resided in Sun City and left us on September 4, 2023. He is survived by his sister Frances Daubenspeck, Cousins Henry Perez and Sandra Miramontes.
Gerald was a veteran of the Viet Nam era and served his country in the US Army.
Mr. Gerald Butch Ellis, age 77, of Menifee, California passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. Butch was born in New York, NY.
He is survived by his sister Frances ( her husband Steve) Daubenspeck, nieces Meagan,Lucy, nephews Samuel, Aaron, ( his wife Katrina). Butch also had Great Nephews. Logan, Cash, Ellis, and Everett. Surviving also are his cousins, Henry Perez and Sandra Miramontez.
Butch was a proud veteran of the VietNam era.
He worked for the Riverside County Sheriff's Dept., Intercommunity Hospital, and was also a meat cutter at one point in his life.
He was a very kind, thoughtful, generous and wonderful human being. He will be missed.
