Jean Gloria Stressling, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother went to be the Lord at the age of 93. Born on January 11th, 1932, she passed away on October 26th 2025. She lived a full and happy life, loving her husband of 53 years until the time of his passing in 2006. They were both born in New York City and moved out west together in the late 1950’s. Living in Inglewood, Westchester, Garden Grove and then Sun City. She made yearly trips back to see her family in New York.
A devout Catholic, she spent years attending church almost daily.
With fellow parishioners, she visited the homebound to administer communion. In her later years she lived with her son Bob, his wife Tracey and daughter Nicole in Menifee, CA until Bob’s tragic passing. Losing her eldest son was devastating for her. She then moved in with her son Fred and his wife Nancy in Huntington Beach before 2 Catholic retirement homes.
She is survived by her son Fred, his wife Nancy, and daughter-in-law Tracey. Also 4 grandchildren: Krystal, Nicole, Eileen, Evan, and granddaughter Ruby. A more incredible, selfless and loving mother there has never been.
