Larry N. Thacker Sr., a beloved husband, father, and craftsman, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on December 28, 2024, in Fontana, California. Born on July 30, 1942, in San Diego, California, to Ruth Eleanor Hudson and Lee Nelson Thacker, Larry lived a life rich with love and creativity that touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Larry was married to his devoted wife Edna for over six decades. Together they built a family filled with love. He is survived by his wife Edna, four children: Berenda, Kathryn, Marcella and Larry Jr., 16 Grand Children, 20 Great Grand Children, his brother Lee and sisters Sharon and Carol.
A man of many talents and passions, Larry found immense joy in woodworking—a craft he embraced not just as a hobby but as an expression of love for those around him. His hands were never idle.
