Larry McCormick, a beautiful soul who touched the lives of many, left this earth far too soon. As a dedicated Special Education Instructor, Larry had an unwavering passion for helping the countless young students who crossed his path.
Larry had a deep love for sports, especially basketball and baseball, and was always ready for a good adventure, no matter where it led. He is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved parents, Nancy and Everett McCormick; his brother, Chuck; and his niece, Ave Joy.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Melody; his cherished sister, Pam; four devoted children; and eight adored grandchildren. Larry is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom he embraced as family.
Known as the life of the party and the cornerstone of his family, Larry will be remembered for his vibrant spirit and endless capacity for love.
Larry was born on July 14, 1964, and passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 60, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. In his final year, Larry lived life to the fullest, traveling and making unforgettable memories with his friends and family.
He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
