Mrs Marion Louise Bechler Schramm

Marion, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, adored her family and took great joy in watching her grandchildren excel in sports. She found immense pleasure in playing cards and dancing.

She retired from the state of California, having worked as a physical therapy and occupational therapy aid for special needs children, a role she cherished deeply. Marion was a graduate of Fremont High School in Ohio.

In her leisure time, Marion enjoyed playing cards, participating in activities at The Elks Lodge, swimming, and dancing. She also found fulfillment in assisting in her daughter's first-grade class.

Marion was a member of St. Francis of Rome Catholic Church, where she found solace and community.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, James R. Schramm, and their children: James R. Schramm, Jr., Elizabeth Mullins, Paulette Simmons, and Susan Snyder. Marion also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Marion will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Miller Jones Menifee Memorial Park and Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, CA 92585. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.

Marion's legacy of love, dedication to her family, and passion for helping others will forever be cherished and remembered. She will be deeply missed. May she rest in peace.
