Maxine Georgia Allsman

Maxine Georgia Allsman was born on February 2, 1938, in Gary Indiana, to Virgil O. and Evelyn C. (Feine) Parde. She passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 86.

She married Gerard Dow Allsman in Belleville, KS and moved to California where they raised their family in La Habra, CA.

Maxine was a Little League scorekeeper (Gery was Coach), Girl Scout Leader and worked at the elementary school, while raising her three children. She worked at Beckman Instruments in La Habra for 20+ years. Maxine and Gery retired to a cabin in the mountains of Idyllwild, CA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gery, Son Gery Allan Allsman and brothers Donald Roy Parde and Virgil Lydel Parde.

She is survived by her daughters Julie Lynn Wark (husband Gene Wark) of Temecula, Ca and Jeanne Marie Campobasso of Sun City, CA; grandchildren Rachael Carter, Jena Anyirah, Bethany Gorham, Jared Campobasso, Gery Allan Allsman II; great grandchildren Owen Gorham, Oliver Gorham, Stella Anyirah, Jonah Anyirah, Penny Carter; Sister Carol Lynn Williams.

A graveside service will be October 8, 2024, at 10:00am at Miller-Jones Menifee Memorial Park and Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, Menifee, CA 92585
