Mildred C. Munro

Mildred C. (Borzelli) Munro, age 89, of Menifee, California passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Mildred was born in Bayonne, New Jersey on August 24, 1934 to Margaret (Sullivan) and Allie Borzelli. She graduated from Holy Family Academy and later received her Associate’s degree in nursing. She worked for many years as an LVN.

Mildred married the love of her life John Munro on November 1, 1958. They were married for 65 years, and had one child together. She loved her job as an LVN and was very dedicated to the care of her patients. Mildred also enjoyed, quilting, sewing, knitting, crocheting, hiking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Mildred was a wonderful wife, mother, and Aunt. She is survived by her loving husband John, her nieces and Nephews, Brenda (Hughes) Villa, husband Anthony, Lisa (Hughes) Kastu, husband Eddie, Tara(Hughes) Young, husband Thomas, Jeffery Hughes, Brett Borzelli, Brandon Borzelli, and wife Patti. She is also survived by her Great Nieces and Nephews, Jessica, Jacqueline, Danah, Lauren, Deidre, Erin, Katie, Andrea, Samantha, Allie, Avery, AJ, and Jake. As well as great great nieces and nephew’s.

Mildred was pre deceased in death by her parents Margaret (Sullivan) and Allie Borzelli, sister Joan (Borzelli) Hughes, brother Richard Borzelli, nephew William Hughes ll, and great great nephew Matthew. As well as many other loved ones. Mildred was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Church in Sun City, on February 2, 2024 at 11:00am.
