Norma was predeceased by her parents, Omer and Mary Swihart, as well as her son, Doug Elliott.
She is survived by her long-time partner of 47 years, Jay Perez and by her remaining children Debbie Thompson, Mark Elliott, Christine Gandara, ( Joe Gandara) Penny Yensel, Jill Narciso,(Tony Narciso) Rick Elliott,(Kelli Elliott). Also surviving are her sisters Nancy McBride (Jim McBride), Janet Uhl (Dale Uhl), and Deanna Shuppert (Rick Shuppert), 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
