Oscar Wiggins, a cherished man known for his kind, loving & humorous personality, lived a life filled with tremendous passion and faith.
At the young age of 15 years old, he was a Paratrooper in the 11th Airbourne during WWII. He then began his first career in Barbering, ultimately owning 3 barber shops. In the mid 60s, Oscar started his second career as a General Contractor. His company successfully built multiple single family home developments and one of his proudest accomplishments, design and development of Desert Falls Country Club. In retirement, he also published his book, 'In The World.'
Oscar lived an active life, enjoying as much time as possible on the golf course or in the gym.
