I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Virginia and Pabs on the LA food tour we took for your birthday, Trish. I had the chance to talk with your dad several times during the day and was really impressed by his openness, amiability and wisdom. I remember him telling me how proud of you he was and that he had always told you that whatever you decided to do or be in life, you should do or be it to the best of your ability.  I told him you were blessed to have him as a parent because of his unconditional love and support. He was a real treasure, your dad!
