Born June 1, 1934, to his loving parents, Casper and Gertrude, Bob chose to serve his country after graduating from high school by joining the Navy, where he served as a corpsman. After completing his military service, he began a career as a Quality Control Inspector.
Through a church social club, he met his wife, Ann. They married in May 1966. Three years later, Bob and Ann were overjoyed to become parents to their daughter, Deirdre—Daddy's little girl and the joy of Bob's life.
Over the years, Bob and Ann fulfilled a dream of living in California. They enjoyed traveling throughout the state and beyond. Bob loved his family and cherished being a husband, father, father-in-law, and grandpa. Bob was a faithful follower of Jesus. He loved people and joyfully served them through his church. He especially loved teaching the Bible. Bob finished his time on this earth on June 12, 2026. He is now walking with Jesus. He will be deeply loved and dearly missed by all who knew him.
