Joan M. Stippich

Surrounded by her loving family, former Mequon resident Joan M. Stippich was Born to Eternal Life on Wednesday January 22, 2014 at the age of 81. She was born May 26, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Herman and Florence (nee Schumacher) Lehman. After graduating from Mount Mary College she married Kenneth J. Stippich in Milwaukee, WI on April 24, 1954. Joan is survived by her children; Kenneth Jr. (Valerie) Stippich of Deer Park, IL, John Stippich of Menomonee Falls, WI Jodi (Paul) Bernhardt of Waubeka, WI, Julie (Walter Frost) Stippich of Mequon, WI and Jill (Kiet) Callies of Ridgefield, WA, grandchildren; Nicholas (Krystal) Bernhardt, Max (Jamie) Bernhardt, Kayla Stippich and McKenzie Callies. She was preceded in death by her husband, children Rick Stippich and Jean Stippich, her parents and a brother, Robert Lehman. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, N74 W13604 Appleton Avenue, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. Meet at the Church. Chapel committal service at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon, WI to follow. Visitation Monday at the funeral home from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Prayer Vigil at 7:00 pm.
