Angela Marie Ridge

Angela passed away peacefully at home and although she left us unexpectedly, her family finds great comfort in knowing that she has been reunited with her grandmother whom she loved dearly. Most referred to her as Angie, but she cherished being called “Gma”. Angela enjoyed time spent with her loving family and many cherished friends. She loved the outdoors and was also very passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and all those she encountered. She was a mentor to many and loved by all. Angela was a woman of faith and belonged to Yosemite Church where she was involved in the Youth Ministries as well as a lead usher on Saturday nights.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 19 years, Mark Ridge; mother and step-father, John and Mary Freitas; only son, Anthony Frankmore; step-children, Matt, Steven and Stephanie; brother, David; nephew, “Dude”; grandsons, Landen, Wyatt, Reese, Graysen and newest addition Jack; as well as the Cordoza, Freitas and Ridge families.

She loved life and all those that surrounded her and filled her days with love, happiness and joy. She left us all too soon and will be greatly missed but forever remembered.

Services will be held at Yosemite Church, 2230 Yosemite Ave, Merced, CA on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00am.
