Charlotte Maxine Higgins, age 86, of Merced, California passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
A visitation for Charlotte will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B Street, Merced, CA 95341. Following the visitation will be a 1:00 p.m. graveside service at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 McCabe Road, Santa Nella, CA 95322.
