Dean Anthony Volk was born on October 9, 1954 in Sonora, Ca. and passed away on November 16, 2016 at the age of 62 in Olivehurst, California where he was a resident for 3 years.
Dean previously lived in Stockton for over 30 years as well as Twain Harte for 10 years. He was a painter for many years and loved to go fishing. He was one to make everyone laugh with his bigger than life personality.
Dean Anthony Volk is survived by his children; Corinna Volk, Corissa Volk, and Anton Volk, step children; John Gaggero and Amanda Livesey, his brother Tom Volk, sisters; Lucie Carter Lopez, Sheila Sheets and Valerie Cecchetti. He also leaves behind his only grandchild Russell Volk.
A visitation will be held on November 29, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with funeral services starting at 1:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home located at 1490 B Street Merced, California 95341. The Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park located at 1480 B Street Merced, California 95341.
