She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Ortiz. She is survived by her brother, Gilbert Mora; five sons, Martin, Benjamin, David Leroy, John Patrick and Joseph Anthony. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Candace Marie, Bryan Jason, Tamara Lynn and great grandchildren, Alexander, Carly Marie, Conrad Sagan, and Cayden Jason.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 beginning at 9:30 a.m. with the mass following at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Merced, California.
