Thank you Franklin for everything. When we first met as kids, we fought at school in Kindergarten and we somehow reconnected when I moved back in town. We became close as brothers. The way you are and how you treated me. I consider you as family. 

We had a similar story and life that brought us close. I’ll never forget the time where I needed help the most and you were there for me as I was there for you too. You are appreciated. 

I’ll never forget the memories we’ve made and the tears we shed along with our group of friends. You made a big impact on my life. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t meet you in this lifetime. 

Now that you’re gone, I can say that I will live a happy life for you. Though, life may seem like it’s unbearable at times. I will reflect on our brotherhood and you will remind me to keep going. I love and miss you. 

Franklin, I hope you found that juicy lime you was always looking for in heaven. 

We were coworker at Providien. We were working together for 3 weeks, since I am just new worker. At those short period of time we became friends (you’re my first friend actually here in states cause I just moved here from SE Asia ). It is still vivid to me, when you first offered to exchange our number and ask me if you can give me a ride back home. We already had plans to go to gaslight street in our next day off, and watch the incoming movie of jujutsu no kaisen. That is why it sucks when you are not here. You left me hanging bro, i missed you already. Nevertheless, in those short period of time we already shared to one another our story, dreams and aspirations, problems and frustrations.

I pray that, wherever you are now, you are happy and free of all the burdens and problems from your lifetime. Im proud of you man, you deserve to be happy and at peace. Goodbye brother.

I wish I got more photos of him. Franklin (MMA3 Vang) was always cracking jokes. He recommended anime movies to me and we once spent a whole hour talking about ramen.  He knew the best ramen spots in Oahu.

Once when he was awarded Warrior of the Week in our clinic, he awkwardly went up, stood on a pedestal, accepted the award, did a dramatic twirl and quickly ran away with the trophy. We all knew him as such a great guy, always eager to make people laugh. 

Franklin, there are many memories with you. But the one that keeps replaying for me over and over would be the summer in Sacramento when you wanted to show us the skate park. Lol, you kept on saying it was just a short walk down the street. So we believed you and you took us on a 7-8 block walk in the hot summer heat. Hahaha. Everyone was so annoyed that we believed you, and kept complaining because of the summer heat. We probably stayed at the skate park for less than 10 minutes and then walk back to the apartment. But that’s how I’ll remember you, free spirit, optimistic, kind, goofy, and our family blondie. I’ll miss and love you forever. Until we meet again brother stay safe, and happy wherever you are. Rest In Peace os kuv mi nus zoo. Kuv hlub koj heev os. 

A sweet, humble, soft spoken gentlemen Franklin was. I am very thankful to have met him this lifetime. The memories I got with him will 4ever be cherished. In June 2019, I joined a trip to Reno with him and his brothers. We went out for drinks, had shots and got tipsy. Went back to our room and he had room serviced nachos for us because we got hungry after drinking. We ate the nachos and the left over lobster tails I took from the buffet with his mom's homemade pepper.. it was #BOMB.COM. RIP FRANKLIN. Thank u for being so kind to me. You will be truly missed. 

Dear Adam little brother I don’t know u personally but I hangout with u and Dawson them a few time but may u watch over the friend and family brother 

I met both Franklin and his brother Adam through their cousin Larry. From then on we continued to grow our brotherhood. Franklin, Adam, and Larry immediately all became like brothers to me. Franklin had this light to him along with that contagious smile and laughter. One  thing I’ll forever miss the most is his joy whenever he sees me show up to hang out. I can still hear and picture him saying “Sup Nhia,” with the biggest smile on his face. Our time of hanging out was cut short since he joined the  Navy.  Franklin recently finished serving his time in the Navy, however I never even got the chance to see him since his return. Franklin, my brother, just know I love you and miss you. I wished we had more time to spend together because there was so much more laughing, joking, and loving to be done. Rest In Paradise. 

I met Franklin through mutual friends and we immediately became just as good of friends. From chilling and having a few drinks to me waiting all night to see his light show that never happened bc we probably had one too many lol. We enjoyed spending quality time with the people we love. Those memories, although few between he and I, were full of quality conversations and meaningful laughter that I’ll always remember. Rest easy buddy. 

I remember the first time Franklin performed his first light show for me. That was the first time he introduced me to an ILLENIUM song. Dude was gifted and always humble. I’m glad I was able to perform a light show for you Franklin even though I didn’t know what I was doing. Rest In Peace brother.  

My sweet baby brother, Franklin. I’m so sorry for the pain and misery that you suffered. You were so full of life and had such a bright future ahead of you. I’ll cherish all the memories we had and will never forget your sweet laughter and bubbly personality. You were always a goofball and made jokes. Everytime you said something you would laugh. I’ll miss hearing your voice and laughter. I’ll miss you for this lifetime and love you forever, baby brother Franklin. Rest In Peace and I hope you find happiness where ever you are. Until we meet again, brother. Please watch over us.
