For 35 years George worked as a Certified Welder. He was also affiliated with many community organizations such as the N.R.A., Boy Scouts and coached Merced Little League.
George was preceded in death by his father, Ferdinand (Ferd) William Kasper; mother, Gertrude Elizabeth Pankratz and brothers, John, Don and Roy Kasper.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, Janice Kasper; children, Tony Kasper and Brenda Lewis; grandchildren, Adrian, Ashley D., Trent, Christina, Ashley K., George, Katrina and Courteney; 7 great grandchildren; and brother, Frank Kasper.
