Hanh was born September 14, 1946 in Laos, Nam Tha to parents Chiem Tcing Saeturn.
She was a homemaker and was a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Vern Fin SaeFong; children Meuy koun Saechao, Kao Kuang Saechao, Fahn Kuang Saechao, Saan Kuang Saechao, Feuy Kuang Saechao, Steven Saechao and Sandy Kline; stepchildren Yao Varn Saefong, Yao Cin Saechao and Koy Meng Saefong; brothers Chan Ta Saeturn and Chan Vang Saeturn; sister Muang Shing Saeturn; 30 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Hanh is preceded in death by her late husband, older sister, both older brothers and nephew.
She will be remembered for her smile, laughter, silliness, kindness, patience, her giving heart, her charm and her ability to bring people together.
