John Tony Anthony Flores Jr.

June 28, 1984-May 2, 2012

John “Tony” Flores, a lifetime Merced resident, passed away after living a short life with us.

After graduating from High School, he worked driving trucks and following in his dad’s footsteps. Over the years, John has made many friends, which many later became family. He cherished all who were part of his life, especially his daughter.

John stayed close to home to be available whenever his mother needed help around the house and yard work. Spending evenings “chilling” with his dad was one of his favorite pastimes. When John wasn’t spending time with his family and daughter, he loved to listen to music and relax.

John was a “Raidernation” fanatic; those who knew him knew his schedule revolved around the Oakland football schedule. His smile and jokes will be dearly missed by everyone who loves him.

Tony is survived by both of his parents, John and Cindy Flores Sr.; his only daughter, Anastassia, 2 brothers, Hugo Fuller and Carlos Flores; and 1 sister, Veronica Flores.

Visitation will be held at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B St., Merced, CA on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 2:00 P.M.-6:00P.M.
