April 2, 1959 – June 24, 2025
Julie LeAnn (Nabor) Castellanos, was born on April 2, 1959, in San Diego, California, to Andy and Patricia Nabor. As the daughter of a military serviceman, she lived in various parts of the United States, collecting cherished memories and lifelong friendships along the way. While stationed in Port Hueneme, California, Julie met the love of her life, Rev. Stephen D. Castellanos. They were married on May 20, 1978, and together they built a large, loving, and faith-filled family.
Julie found immense joy in spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life, and they adored her just as deeply. She had a passion for treasure hunting—whether browsing antique shops, exploring yard sales, or making joyful trips to Hobby Lobby. Above all, Julie held a deep and unwavering love for the Lord, which served as her source of strength, comfort, and guidance throughout her life.
Julie is preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and Andy Nabor; her sister, Joann Castellanos; her brother-in-law, David Castellanos; her beloved son, Vincent Castellanos; and her grandson, Zack Spencer.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Rev. Stephen D.
