Kathy Lynne Grossi born to H.L. (Red) and Hershel Gilbert, January 2, 1956, passed away April 24, 2020 in Merced, California. Kathy worked as an Administrative Assistant to Vice President of Instruction at Merced College. She was a member of the Eastern Stars, American Legion Auxiliary Post 83, American Legion Riders Chapter 83 both of Merced, California and she was also a Real Estate Broker.
Kathy loved being with her family. They were everything to her. She had a passion for gardening and a healthy lifestyle.
Her parents and her brother Mark Gilbert precede her in death. She is survived by her husband Mark J. Grossi; her children Katrina Headrick and Robert Perez both of Roseville, California; her step-children Melissa Grossi of Merced, California and Louis Grossi II of New York City; her brothers, Michael Gilbert of Merced, California and Steven Gilbert of Virginia; her sisters Glenna Mark of Windsor, California and Tina Almeida of Stevenson, California. Six grandchildren also survive her.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
