Mrs. Lela Bell Beavers was born on June 15, 1932 to parents Rosa Leota O’Hagan and B.C. O’Hagan in Wayne, Oklahoma. Mrs. Lela passed away at the age of 90 in Merced, California on May 28, 2023. She previously lived in Maryland, Texas, England, and Illinois throughout travels with her husband in the Air Force. Lela was in the Republican Women’s Group in Merced, CA and a member of Church of Christ on Yosemite Ave in Merced, CA. Lela is preceded in death by her parents, Rosa Leota and B.C. O’Hagan, her sister, Wilma Cashatt, and her children, Janet and Charlie Beavers. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Travis Beavers, her sisters, Nelva Howard and Merle Bronson, and her brother, Roger O’Hagan, grandchildren, Adrianne, Alexis and Travis and great grandchildren, Justin, Christian and Nicolai.
