Linda S. Bruce passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at the age of 73. Linda was born May 28, 1949 in Maywood, CA; to Aranka and Stephen Elek. She was a homemaker for 30 years. She loved playing the slot machines in Las Vegas and winning money. She would take two suit cases so she could use one that had all the souvenirs for family and friends. She enjoyed going fishing. She would always say just one last cast. She had a gift to talk a lot. She was an outgoing person. Most of all she had a love for pets. She would rescue dogs that others had given up on. She believed in rescuing pets to give them a better home. She is survived by her daughter Tiffany Bruce and son Darren Bruce.
A visitation for Linda will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM at Stratfor Evans Merced Funeral Home, Merced, California. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Merced District Cemetery, Merced, California.
