She was preceded in death by her husband, Norton Bell; parents, John and Lupe Couregges; daughter, Nancy Bell-Breeden; brother, John Couregges and sisters, Edith Akin and Sally Wood.
Lou leaves behind her sons, Larry and Jerry Bell and sister, Josephine Couregges.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Arbor Vitae Cemetery, 1301 Roberts Ave., Madera, CA 93637.
