Peña was the beloved husband of Esther Diaz, and together they shared an incredible 48 years of marriage filled with love, devotion, and countless memories. He was the proud father of five children: Anna Castro Machuca, Nancy Castro, Ernest Castro, Luis Díaz Jr, and Sonia Díaz.
Peña loved his grandchildren with all his heart and was blessed with the opportunity to watch his great-grandchildren grow. He was well known throughout the community as a loving, respectful, and hardworking man. As a dedicated mechanic, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to his neighbors and customers whenever they needed him. He took pride in providing for his family and serving others with kindness.
Peña also had a special love for his fur babies, caring for them as if they were family. He had a heart big enough for everyone. He welcomed people without judgment, accepted them for who they were, and never turned his back on anyone in need.
We are forever grateful for the many years we were blessed to share with Peña and for the love, wisdom, and strength he gave to each of us. Thank you, Tata, for everything you taught us and for the incredible example you set. Your love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.
